One of the greatest lessons that I have learned from working at my previous job is that certain problems may take some time, but they are almost always solvable. Having a job that juggles so many responsibilities allowed me to become a better version of myself and learn from my coworkers/peers.

My understanding of health sciences has greatly helped me understand the difficulties involved in this field as well as the challenges that I will have to overcome to make the difference that I want to see. During my time in school, I have learned how to better communicate with others as well as manage my tasks efficiently. I was able to do this through working with my professors as well as other students on group projects and things of that nature.

One of the biggest challenges I faced during my time at IUI was managing time. I had some very difficult classes that took up a majority of my day, club events, work, and family that I had to balance and figuring out how to do that took some time.

Throughout this course, I have explored different healthcare fields and have had some time to think about my future as well. I initially wanted to become a healthcare administrator but now I am somewhat interested in anesthesiologist assistant so we will see what the future holds for me! I could use the skills that I learned while taking this course to better work with others and accomplish my goals, no matter how difficult they may be.
