Strengths And Weaknesses

One of my strengths is that I am hardworking and almost never give up. This has helped me stay strong mentally while trying my best to keep my grades up. Another strength that I have is that I am a great listener. Being in a group setting means that you have to listen to what everyone says. Being able to work with coworkers and peers is extremely common in today's workforce. Having these strengths would allow me to get work done much more smoothly and on time. My biggest weakness is that I sometimes struggle to offer advice to others. What I mean by this is that it is hard to tell a person that their idea simply won't work. Finding a way to say this is both complicated and a bit akward. I think that I should work on this and hopefully build upon this weakness.
